小兴安岭地区捕食线虫真菌研究初报

从206份带岭的森林土壤样品中,分离出捕食线虫真菌2属5种,分别为:叶状枝节丛孢(Arthrobotrycladodes)、泡环单顶孢(Monacrosporium aphrobrochum)、弯孢节丛孢(Arthrobotry musiformis)、环捕节丛孢(Arthrobotry brochopaga)、少孢节丛孢(Arthrobotry oligospora)。其中,叶状枝节丛孢、泡环单顶孢、弯孢节丛孢、环捕节丛孢为黑龙江省新纪录种。少孢节丛孢(A.oligospora)分布最广、数量最多,为该地区的优势种。大青山顶土壤中捕食线虫真菌的检出率最小,仅为该地区分布的10%。凉水地区18~29林班、14、16林班及9林班50%左右的土样中均有捕食线虫真菌出现,8林班的捕食线虫真菌物种比较丰富,但捕食线虫真菌出现的频率比较低,且产孢量最少。

A Preliminary Study on Nematode-trapping Fungi in Xiaoxing'an Mountains

Five species of nematode-trapping fungi,Arthrobotry cladodes,Monacrosporium aphrobrochum,Arthrobotry musiformis,A.brochopaga and A.oligospora,were isolated and identified from 206 forest soil samples from Dailing forest region,Heilongjiang province,which belong to 2 genera.Among them,A.cladodes,M.aphrobrochum,A.musiformis and A.brochopaga are newly recorded species in Heilongjiang Province.A.oligospora widely distributed and abundant in quantity is the dominant species in this region.The rate of nematode-trapping fungi isolated from the soil on the top of Daqing Mountain is very low,accounting for only 10% of that for Xiaoxing'an Mountains.However,in Liangshui area,nematode-trapping fungi were isolated from about 50% of the samples in 15 compartments.The species of nematode-trapping fungi in the eighth compartment are more abundant,but the emergence frequency of nematode-trapping fungi is lower and the number of spores is the least.
