鲅鱼圈港成品油自流装船方案有三种:①汽油、柴油全部自流;②汽油全部自流,柴油部分自流;③汽油部分自流,柴油不自流。由于该港码头设有10 000和30 000 t级泊位各一座,可兼顾3 000～5 000 t级和50 000 t级船舶停靠。因此,综合考虑装船时间、流速、油品自流能力、船型等诸多因素,推荐鲅鱼圈港成品油的装船方案是柴油部分自流、部分用泵输送,汽油全部自流。

Programs on Oil Product Artesian Loading for Tanker in Bayuquan Oil Jetty

There are three programs on oil product artesian loading for tanker in Bayuquan Oil Jetty,(1) all artesian loading for gasoline and diesel oil;(2) all artesian loading for gasoline,partial artesian loading for diesel oil;(3) partial artesian loading for gasoline,non-artesian loading for diesel oil. Because Bayuquan Oil Jetty has two berthes with 10 000 dwt and 30 000 dwt, which can berth 3 000- 5 000 dwt and 50 000 dwt tankers,therefore,based on loading time,velocity of flow,artesian performance of oil product and tanker's dwt,the recommended tanker loading program for Bayuquan Oil Jetty is partial artesian loading and partial pumping loading for diesel oil;all artesian loading for gasoline.
