光身稻的培养特性研究

摘    要:本文对光身稻培养特性进行了系统研究。结果指出:(1)光身稻的成熟胚培养力极低,其绿苗分化率几乎等于零,为0.7%,但其幼穗培养力则较高,绿苗分化率为44.8%; (2)光身稻的花药愈伤组织出现时间较早,为25天左右,而且愈伤组织诱导率也较高,为7%,但其绿苗分化率很低,仅为0.35%; (3)光身稻的适宜诱导培养基为M8; (4)花药愈

Abstract:The current paper carried out series of studies on the culture characters of glabrous rice. The experiment results indicated:(1) The culture ability of mature embryo from glabrous rice was very low. The green plantlet redifferentation frequency was almost zero, about 0. 74% , but the culture ability of young panicle was higher its green plantlet redifferentation frequency was 44. 8%; (2)The day that the callus could be seen from anther of glabrous rice was early about 25 days, and the callus in duction frequency was also high, about 7. 4% but its green plantlet redifferentation frequency was very low; (3) The most suitable induction medium for glabrous rice is M8; (4)The dehydration treatment of anther callus can enhance the frequency of green plantlet redifferentation obviously; (6) The rate of deploid for glabrous rice progency was very low, and the rate of glabrous rice was higher.
