小麦籽粒发育过程中激素含量变化

摘    要:两个冬小麦品种的强势籽粒和弱势籽粒的灌浆特点不同,鲁215953表现为弱势粒灌浆速率高值持续期短,而鲁麦14表现为弱势粒灌浆速率低。籽粒发育过程中,IAA, iPA含量变化为双峰曲线,ABA为单峰曲线,而GA含量变化因品种而异。弱势粒内IAA, GA与iPA水平低,iPA含量第一峰出现早,籽粒灌浆高峰之前的ABA含量低,并且其ABA含量升

Abstract:The grain filling characteristics between potentially strong and potentially weak grains in two wheat varieties, Lu215953 and Lumai 14, were different. For weak grains, in comparison with strong ones, the duration of high grain filling rate was shorter in Lu215953 and the grain filling rate was lower in Lumai14. During grain development, double peak curves of IAA and iPA content and single peak curve of ABA content appeared, while the changes of GA content varied depending on the varieties. In weak grains, as compared with strong grains, the content of IAA, GA and iPA was lower, the first peak value of iPA content appeared earlier, and the ABA content was lower in the beginning, then increased before the peak value of grain filling rate, and was at high level during the late grain filling stage.
