光氧化和遮荫条件下水稻的光合生理特性的品种差异

摘    要:用简易的人工光氧化和遮荫条件对35个水稻种质进行筛选,鉴定出既耐光氧化又耐荫等4种品种类型,并用耐光氧化又耐荫的品种武育粳3号和对光氧化和遮荫均敏感的品种香粕进行光合特性测定.结果表明,以香粕为对照,在光氧化条件下,武育粳3号的PS Ⅱ光化学效率和光合酶Rubisco活性较稳定,C4光合酶PEP活性诱导增加,因而光合抑
