山地橘园遥控牵引式无轨运输机的设计

摘    要:为实现山地橘园运输自动化,采用无线电遥控实现了牵引式无轨运输机的遥控作业.该牵引式无轨运输机主要由驱动装置、拖车、遥控器、远程控制装置、钢丝绳、导向轮、钢丝绳托辊、行程开关、安全装置和避障装置等组成.采用卷扬机作驱动装置,以遥控信号接收模块、继电器驱动模块和三相电机正反转控制模块为核心,设计了牵引式无轨运输机上坡、下坡及停车的远程控制装置.在江西省安远县的山地橘园实地安装此无轨运输机,运输机工作可靠,实现了遥控上下坡、停车和避障功能.该控制系统遥控距离大于300m,设计达到了预定的技术指标,满足山地橘园的运输需要.

Abstract:In order to realize automatic transportation in mountainous orangery,a traction transporter based on radio remote control was designed.The traction transporter was mainly composed of driving device,trailers,remote controller,remote control device,wire rope,guide wheel,wire rope roller,travel switch,security device and obstacle avoidance device.Using a cable hoist as the driving device,modules including transmitter and receiver remote control,relay driver and three-phase motor control circuit as the core,the remote control device to control uphill,downhill and stop of the traction transporter was designed.The traction transporter was installed in the mountainous orangery of Anyuan city,Jiangxi province.It was capable to realize remote control uphill,downhill,stop and obstacle avoidance stably.And the remote control distance was as far as 300 m,which reached the predetermined technical indexes and met the transportation requirements of mountainous orangery.
