葫芦瓜自毒作用的肥料调节效应

摘    要:通过施用硝酸铵和复合肥及其不同浓度的调节方式来研究葫芦瓜自毒作用下对其种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,葫芦瓜叶水浸液浓度为90 g/L时对葫芦瓜的种子发芽和幼苗生长有强烈的抑制作用。不同的肥料能减轻葫芦瓜自毒物质对其种子发芽和幼苗生长的抑制作用,每种肥料不同的浓度对葫芦瓜种子发芽和幼苗各个器官生长影响的作用不同,促进效果总体上表现为复合肥>硝酸铵,复合肥处理浓度为3 g/L时,对葫芦瓜种子发芽、株高、根长和鲜重均表现出较好的促进作用,在肥料浓度为9 g/L时,硝酸铵和复合肥的效果均较差。

Abstract:The effect of different fertilizers on the autointoxication of Lagenaria siceraria var.hispida was investigated.The results showed that growth of L.siceraria var.hispida seedlings was strongly inhibited by 90 g/L extraction solution of leaf by water.Different fertilizers could reduce the inhibitory effects of autointoxication of L.siceraria var.hispida.Different concentration of fertilizers had different effects on the growth of L.siceraria var.hispida seedlings.As a whole,the promotion effect of compound fertilizer was the highest,followed by ammonium nitrate.3 g/L compound fertilizer represented well promotion effects on the germinability,height of seedling,root length and fresh weight.9 g/L fertilizers(either ammonium nitrate or compound fertilizer) had little effects.
