麦冬花药离体培养与再生植株的获得

摘    要:以麦冬Ophiopogon japonicus (Thunb.)Ker-Gawl.]花药为材料,将其接种在培养基上诱导愈伤组织,再将愈伤组织在分化培养基上培养,将分化所得的再生植株炼苗后移栽大田.结果表明,各个培养基配方及试验条件适宜,麦冬愈伤组织诱导较为成功,愈伤组织的分化效果也较好,可达41.5%,组培苗移栽后生长良好,成活率达80%以上.

Abstract:Anther of Ophiopogon japonicus was used as materials to induce callus.The callus was then cultured in differentiation medium to obtain regeneration plant of O.japonicus.After plantlet training,the seedlings were then transplanted in field.The results showed that formula of medium and experimental conditions were appropriated;callus induction of somatic embryos and differentiation was very successful with a differentiation rate of 41.5%.Transplanted seedlings grew well as the survival rate was above 80%.
