摘    要:利用原生质体进行生物技术育种的先决条件是其能再生完整植株,但目前一些基因型植物原生质体的培养仍然未获得成功.综述了植物原生质体顽拗现象,并从原生质体分离和培养过程中的氧化胁迫、原生质体再生能力差异的分子机制方面对与该现象有关的生理和遗传基础研究进展进行了综述.

Abstract:Regeneration ability of protoplast is the prerequisite for biotechnology breeding using protoplasts as initial materials.However,protoplast culture of some plant genotypes has not been established successfully at present.This review focused on the phenomenon of plant protoplast recalcitrance and relevant physiological and genetic bases from the aspects of the phenomenon of oxidative stress during the process of protoplast isolation and culture as well as the molecular mechanisms of the difference of regeneration ability of plant protoplasts.
