| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了正式的国家法律纠纷解决机制与非正式的传统调解纠纷解决机制在解决农村纠纷时面临的困境以及农民选择纠纷解决机制的影响因素,认为可通过构建ADR纠纷解决机制解决农村纠纷。
