家兔多次采血的血液成分分析

摘    要:20只健康家兔,在4h内采血8次,每次2mL,总采血量为16mL,测定血液成分,结果表明,采血10mL,以后血液红细胞数,血红蛋白,红细胞压积容量显著降低(P<0.01),采血12mL后白细胞数显著降低(P<0.01),血浆中谷草转氨酶,谷丙转氨酶,碱性磷酸酶显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),血浆尿素降低不明显(P>0.05),随着采血次数的增加,血中淋巴细胞和嗜酸性细胞逐渐减少,嗜中性白细胞中分叶核细胞的比例显著增加,幼稚型细胞的比例显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。

Abstract:20 health rabbits were drawn blood 8 times during 4 h.Each time 2 mL total 16 mL.The blood sample were detected elements.The results showed that RBC,Hb and PCV were significantly lower (P<0.01) after 10 m L blood was drawn.WBC was dropped obviously (P<0.01) after 12 mL blood was drawn.GOT,GPT and AKP activity in plasma were decreased markedly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).BUN content in plasma was not changed markedly (P>0.05).Ly mphocty and acidophilic granulocyte were reduced gradually when drawn blood times increased.Giant neutrophil was increased obviously.And juvenile neutrophil was decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).
