杂交大麦主要农艺性状及产量性状中亲优势的分析研究

摘    要:通过对12个大麦杂种组合F19个性状中亲优势的研究分析,结果表明:杂种F1在株高、穗长、千粒重、穗下节长均表现为一致的正向中亲优势;着粒密度表现出一致的中亲负向优势;其余各研究性状的中亲优势在不同的组合表现不同;明确了应选用平均株高适中的两亲本配制杂种;并可通过F1穗下节长来选择单株粒重较高的组合。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the mid-parent heterosis on 9 characters of 12 F1, the result were as fallow: There were plus mid-parent heterosis in the individal heigth,panicle length. 1000-grain weigth and the internode length next to PPnicle in varions F1. There was minus mid -Parent heterosis in grain density. The mid -parents heterosis of the other reach ing charcters were different among crossing combinations. It was obvious that the parents of the suitable middle individual heigth could be selected as the one of cross - breeding, and that the more length of internode next to panicle was,and more higher grain weigth per indi vidual
