方斑东风螺脱壳病防治方法探讨

摘    要:肉壳分离病是近年来发生在:宇斑东风螺稚、幼螺中间培育过程中的一种常见病害。之前进行的相关研究表明:该病的主要诱因是由于混入养殖池内的捕食性桡足类对稚、幼螺的攻击,导致稚、幼螺受伤部位发生溃疡性病变。本文报道了不同浓度梯度90%晶体敌百虫对壳高0.09cm~0.20cm的稚、幼螺和桡足类的毒性试验结果,旨在寻求在方斑东风螺稚、幼螺培育池中杀灭桡足类的适宜浓度。结果表明:方斑东风螺稚、幼螺对敌百虫有很强的适应能力,在6×10^-6浓度下24h后仍能正常摄食,而培育池中的桡足类在1.5×10^-6浓度条件下5h内基本被杀灭,两者对敌百虫毒性的适应呈显著差异,利用这一差异可有效杀灭培育池中的敌害生物桡足类,使方斑东风螺脱壳病的病情得到有效控制。

Abstract:Disease on separation between meat and shell occurred in mid-rearing of larval and juvenile of Babylonia areolaata. The result of former studies indicated that copepods mixed into water in the middle rearing period attacked the larva and juvenile and resulted in ulcerative lesions of injured parts. This paper reported the results of toxicity experiment on juvenile snail with shell height of 0.09 cm-0.20 cm and copepods by 90% trichlorphon at different concentration. The experiment is aimed to find the suitable concentration to kill the copepods in the rearing pond. The result indicates that the larva and juvenile of snail can still feed normally at concentration of 6×10^-6 but the copepods is killed within 5 h at concentration of 1.5 ×10^-6. The both are different variation to the adaptation of trichlorphon. This variation can be used to kill the copepods and control the disease on separation between meat and shell of Babylonia areolaata.
