摘    要:利用杉木种子发芽试验,研究杉木叶中提取的化感物质——邻羟基苯甲酸、四羰基己醇对杉木种子的化感效应.结果表明:低质量分数的邻羟基苯甲酸对杉木种子的发芽过程有不同程度的促进作用.蒸馏水和酒精对照处理,发芽高峰分别出现在第7天和第9天,而质量分数为100、200、400、800 mg.kg-1邻羟基苯甲酸的处理,发芽高峰分别出现在第8天、第6天、第7天和第8天;高质量分数处理对杉木种子的发芽指标都表现为抑制作用.低质量分数四羰基己醇的处理对杉木种子发芽过程的影响表现为促进作用.质量分数为100 mg.kg-1四羰基己醇的处理,15 d后发芽总数是蒸馏水对照处理的114.34%,是酒精对照处理的114.81%;高质量分数处理表现为轻微的抑制作用.高质量分数处理对胚轴长的影响表现为抑制作用.对绝对发芽率和胚根长的影响则表现为低质量分数处理促进生长,高质量分数处理抑制生长;对绝对发芽势、鲜重、干重的作用不明显.

Abstract:The aUelopathic effect of m-hydroxy phthalic acid and 4-carbonylethanol on the germination of Chinese fir seeds was analyzed. The results showed that the low concentration of m-hydroxy phthalic acid promoted seeds germination process, and the high concentration inhibited seeds germination process, while both of the concentrations inhibited seeds germination indexes. The low concentration of 4-carbonylethanol promoted seeds germination process, and the high concentration inhibited germination process slightly, but both the low and the high concentrations inhibited the length of hypocotyls. The low concentration of 4-carbonylethanol promoted the length of radicle and absolute germination ratio, and the effect of high concentration was reverse. However, it had no obvious effect on absolute germination power, fresh weight, dry weight and so on.
