| 摘 要： | 职业指导是帮助人们了解自我与职业，在兼顾个人特征与社会需要的基础上为达到职业适应性而进行的职业生涯规划的过程。对目前高校大学生职业指导工作现状加以阐述分析，并提出必须通过加强师资建设、完善职业指导内容、拓展职业指导新方法等途径做好大学生职业指导工作。

| Abstract: | Vocational guidance is a course which helps people realize himself and his vocation,which balances one's own personality and the society demands so as to achieve a vocational adaptability to go with the vocational programming.The passage has analyzed the current situation of vocational guidance for the undergraduates.And there are also some suggestions to make the vocational guid- ance better,such as to strengthen the teachers'qualification for teaching,to perfect the content of the vocational guidance and to tap new ways of the vocational guidance. |
