| 摘 要： | 以中小型水产品加工企业为研究对象，建立水产品加工过程监控系统的运作模式。基于此运作模式，设计系统的功能模块和核心数据结构。针对水产品流程特点，重点研究流程逻辑表达，通过引入工住关系权值，实现优先结构和组合复杂结构。在此基础上，开发一个适应水产品工艺变化、生产需求变化的过程监控系统。
