摘    要:为了探讨平菇栽培最佳配方配比,本实验结合碳氮比设计了以棉籽壳、木屑、玉米芯为主料的栽培配方11个,通过对菌丝体生长情况、生物学效率和产投比进行比较并与碳氮比的相关性进行分析,结果表明,平菇西德89生物学效率最高的是配方2,产投比最高的是配方6,菌丝生长最适宜的碳氮比为60:1左右,碳氮比在40:1—50:1左右时生物学效率最高。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the best formulations of the Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation. Considering the ratio of carbon and nitrogen, it designed 11 cultural material formulations that the main material cultivation was cotton seed hull, saw- dust or corncob. By comparing the myeelia growth, biological efficiency and output-input ratio, the correlation of carbon mad ni- trogen ratio with three indicators before-mentioned were analyzed. The results showed that for XIDE89, formula 2 had the highest biological efficiency, and formula 6 had the highest ratio for input and output. The most suitable ratio of carbon and nitrogen for mycelia growth was about 60:1. When the ratio of carbon and nitrogen was 40:1 -- 50:1, it had the highest biological efficiency.
