双孢蘑菇培养料工厂化生产技术研究

摘    要:通过对工厂化生产双孢蘑菇培养料的隧道一次发酵和隧道二次发酵温度变化的观察和记录,形成了以温度变化为衡量生产双孢蘑菇培养料优劣的1个重要指标。试验设计了2种配方,得出稻、麦草3:2配方虽产量与全稻草配方产量无差异,但可以提高双孢蘑菇头潮菇产量,增产0.9kg·m-2,减少双孢蘑菇潮数,缩短生长周期。

Abstract:Through observation and recording on temperature change in Phase I and Phase II composting in compost tunnel, an important indicator was formed that the temperature change could be used for measurement quality of compost. 2 formulations for Agaricus bisporus production were designed, and the results indicated that although the total yields were no difference between for- mula with 3:2 ratio of rice and wheat straw and complete rice straw, but mixture straw can increas first flash yield to 0. 9 kg.m-2, and reduce the number flash, shorter growth cycle.
