攀枝花块菌菌根苗培育及显微结构研究

摘    要:攀枝花块菌是国内到现在为止发现的唯一具有较高经济价值和商业价值的白色块菌新种。对攀枝花块菌与云南松合成菌根苗的技术进行了研究,结果表明用攀枝花块菌孢子接种云南松树苗3个月可形成菌根,菌根呈单轴状和二叉状分枝,菌根尖淡乳色,基部淡黄色、黄褐色,单根菌根平均长4.66mm,平均粗为1.40mm;外延菌丝为透明、半透明直立着生在菌根表面,与意大利白块菌、波氏块菌的外延菌丝相似,菌根表面呈马蹄状的哈蒂氏网结构。

Abstract:Tuber panzhihuanense was the only one white truffle species with high economic value and commercial value so far, which were discovered in china. In this pape, synthetic mycorrhizal technology research on Tuber panzhihuanense spores inoculated Pinus yunnanensis were studied. The results showed that Tuber panzhihuanense spores inoculated Pinus yunnanensis seedlings can form mycorrhiza for 3 months. Mycorrhizal fungi showed a single shaft and two forked branch, mycorrhizal tip was light cream, and basally pale was yellow, yellow brown. Average length of a single mycorrhizal root was 4.66 mm, and average diameter was 1. 40 mm. The epitaxial hypha that upright in mycorrhizal surface was transparent and translucent. Mycorrhizal surface was a mosaic structure of the horseshoe shaped that microstructure was similar to Tuber magantum and Tuber borchii mycorrhiza structure.
