摘    要:采用菌丝生长速率测定及袋栽采集,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)进行微量元素测定,以探索食用菌高效富集微量元素,开发高附加值食用菌。选定的菌种对添加的微量元素在适宜的浓度下都有较好的富集作用,该方法的建立为大规模生产提供基础。

Abstract:The efficient enrichment of trace elements were explored to get high additional value of edible fungi. The mycelium growth rate was measured and the cultivation bag was collected, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP - AES) was used for the determination of trace elements. The selected strains had better enrichment on the microelement additive in appropriate concentration, and the method was established to provide a basis for mass production.
