松茸菌丝体美白抗氧化特性的研究

摘    要:以松茸菌丝多糖为研究对象,从酪氨酸酶的抑制活性与体外抗氧化能力两方面评价其在关白抗衰老方面的潜在价值。结果表明,多糖对酪氨酸单酚酶和二酚酶的IC50分别为1.18μg·mL^-1、1.46μg·mL^-1,为可逆混合型抑制。松茸菌丝多糖DPPH·和·OH的清除率分别高达90.06%和31.43%,对硫代巴比妥法体外脂质过氧化抑制率为87.7%。

Abstract:Tricholoma matsutake mycelium polysaccharides was taken as the research object, and the potential value of the skin- whitening and anti-aging was assessed from the aspect of the inhibition of tyrosinase activity and antioxidant capacity. The results showed that it was reversible hybrid inhibition when the ICso of monophenolase and diphenolase was 1.18 μg·mL^-1 and 1.46 μg·mL^-1 respectively under the treatment of polysaccharide. The clearance rate of Tricholoma matsutake mycelium polysaccharides for DPPH· and · OH were up to 90. 06% and 31.43%. Using the thiobarbit uric acid methods, the inhibition ratio on Lipid peroxidation in vitro was 87.7%.
