摘    要:栽培基料是食用菌生产必备要素,为了更好地推广食用菌栽培新技术及拓宽食用菌栽培基料的来源,本研究就国内目前使用的栽培基料的种类、成分、适宜栽培菌种及优缺点进行详细介绍,并对畜禽粪便作为添加基料的可行性进行了科学分析。在追求经济效益的同时,走可持续发展之路,以促进食用菌栽培实用技术的推广,增加广大食用菌栽培户栽培收益。

Abstract:Culture material was essential for the production of edible fungus. Cottonseed hull, sawdust and straw as the culture material of edible fungi had been widely used now. In order to promote edible fungus cultivation technology and broaden culture material field of edible fungus, the different types of materials in current domestic culture medium, components, suitable for cultivation of strain and their advantages and disadvantages were described in detail, and the added feasibility of some new material had been analyzed. It had significance for the local farmers to improve the practical technology and increase income using local resources.
