| Abstract: | The paper described the principle and characters of RAPD,and reviewed the application of it on the research of forestry germplasm identification,population genetics diversity,quantitative character location,construction of molecular genetic map and molecular marker auxiliary breeding.The main problems existed in application of RAPD technology on the research of forestry genetic resources were put forward and its possible resolutions were suggested. |
