Improvement of the Exam Management System in College to Prevent Cheating on Exams

This article practically analyzes the root of college students'cheating on exams,which points out that the education of honesty and trust should be strengthened in order to reduce cheating activities.Good general mood of study should be established and the exam system and management should be improved by the lead of the exam department of Dean's Office with the support of Student Affairs Department and teachers,so that college students'cheating on exams can be efficiently avoided.
