红三叶草的硼营养研究

摘    要:以石灰性紫色土为供试土壤,在盆栽条件下研究了红三叶草在不同硼水平下硼的含量,吸收与分布。结果表明,红三叶草根部和地上部分各生育期的硼浓度,单株吸收量和平均吸收收速度均随土壤有效硼的增加而提高。同一硼水平,各部位硼浓度随生育期变化较小,硼平均吸收速度随生育期的变化与红三叶草平均生长速度的变化致,表明硼的吸收与植株 生长需求密切相关。对红三叶草10个部位含硼量测定表明,各部位含硼量均随土壤有效硼...

Abstract:Concentration absorption and distribution of B in red clover werestudied under soil culture condition.Application levels of B were 0.13,0.75and 5.0 mg/kg.Concentration of B in roots and above-ground parts,uptakeamount per plant and mean uptake rate were increased with B application.At each one of the level,concentration of B in roots and above-groundparts did not vary significantly as plant growth,the variation in B meanuptake rate in differient growth periods was samiliar to that of the meangrowth rate.it showed that the uptake of B was closely related to thegrowth of plant.The concentration of B in 10 parts of red clover was inc-reased as B was added and the variation in B content in the leaf was thegreatest,it follows that the leaf is the best organ for B diagnosis.Thetypical symptoms of B deficiency and toxicity appeared during experiment.
