摘    要:分子标记与形态标记、细胞学标记和生化标记3类遗传标记技术相比,具有直接以DNA的形式表现,在动物的任何生长阶段都可检测,遍布整个基因组,多态性高,检测手段简单迅速,无基因多效性,能够明确辨别等位基因,试验重复性好等优点.目前,在寄生虫分类鉴定上常用的分子标记技术有RFLP,PCR-RFLP,RAPD和AFLP.文章综述了4种分子标记技术的基本原理、主要优缺点以及在寄生虫分类鉴定中的应用情况.

Abstract:Compared with the marker technologies in morphology, cytology and biochemistry, DNA molecular marker technology directly based on DNA with the advantages of no restriction on animal development stages, residing in the whole genomes, allelic identification with numerous polymorphisms, simple and quick detection, and well experimental repeatability. At present, some DNA-based molecular methods were used to identify the parasites, such as RFLP, PCR-RFLP, RAPD and AFLP. In this paper we reviewed the rudiment, advantages, disadvantages and its application of these methods in the identification of parasites.
