| 摘 要： | 目的]比较6种北京山区野生苔草种子的生物学特性。方法]对从北京山区采集的青绿苔草、卵囊苔草、涝峪苔草、华北苔草、披针苔草和矮丛苔草种子的形态特征、生活力、千粒重、发芽率和吸水规律进行研究。结果]6种苔草种子千粒重、含水量、生活力差异较大。卵囊苔草种子明显小于其他种子,涝峪苔草种子体积最大,千粒重最高,达4.41 g 披针苔草和矮丛苔草发芽率较低,分别为31%、36%,卵囊苔草、华北苔草、青绿苔草发芽率较高,分别达到99%、95%、94% 涝峪苔草发芽持续时间最长,达55 d 6种苔草种子种皮对吸水率没有明显阻碍现象。结论]为打破种子休眠技术、选育优良苔草种质资源提供了基础资料。
