铬渣堆存区铬污染土壤特性的研究

摘    要:目的]探索铬渣堆存区污染土壤特性,并阐明重金属铬污染对土壤质量的影响。方法]以辽宁省沈阳市沈北新区铬渣堆存区土壤进行土壤学相关指标的测定。结果]沈阳市沈北新区铬渣堆存区铬污染土壤pH值趋向碱性,氮素含量较低。铬渣堆存区pH值排序为原化工厂厂区〉污水沿岸区〉人工堆砌物区〉农作物区〉新化工厂厂区。其土壤全氮含量各功能区排序为新化工厂厂区〉农作物区〉人工堆砌物区〉污水沿岸区〉原化工厂厂区。土壤碳氮比平均值为8.72,碳氮比相对较低。不同的功能分区中,脲酶活性平均值排序为农作物区〉新化工厂厂区〉污水沿岸区〉人工堆砌物区〉原化工厂厂区。结论]铬渣堆存区污染土壤的重金属元素主要是铬,其对土壤的脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性具有不同程度的抑制作用。

Research on the Characteristics of the Soil Contaminated by Chromium

Abstract:Method] The characteristics of the soil polluted by the chromium and the effect of Cr on soil quality was clarified.Method] The indicator of the soil in the chromium slag stockpile in the Shenbei district of Shenyang City of Liaoning Province was determined.Results] The pH value in the soil of this area tended to alkaline with the low content of nitrogen.The sequence of the pH value was the area around original chemical factory > the coastal zone polluted by sewage > the place of its artificial pile > the cropping area > the area in new chemical plant.The order in the content of total nitrogen was the new chemical plant area> the cropping area > the place of its artificial pile > the coastal zone polluted by sewage > the area around original chemical factory.The average value of the ratio of the carbon to nitrogen in soil was 8.72,which was relatively low.In the different functional zones,the order of the average value of urease activity was the cropping area > the area in new chemical plant > the coastal zone polluted by sewage > the place of its artificial pile > the area around original chemical factory.Conclusion] the contamination in the area mainly was chromium,which was the inhibition to the activity of urease and catalase in soil at different degrees.
