摘    要:[目的]研究芝麻选育和生产过程中主要农艺性状对芝麻产量的相对重要性。[方法]以2008和2009年参加全国芝麻品种区域试验的17个品种为材料,采用相关分析和通径分析方法分析了芝麻品种8个主要农艺性状与产量的相互关系。[结果]在芝麻各农艺性状中,千粒重与产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.66),茎点枯发病率与产量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.87);单株蒴数对产量形成的直接作用最大,通径系数达0.8309。[结论]该研究为芝麻育种和生产提供理论依据。

Correlation and Path Analysis between Agronomic Characters and Yield in Sesame

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the relative importances of main agronomic characters to the yield of sesame in the breeding and production of sesame.[Method] The relationship between 8 main agronomic characters and yield of 17 sesame planted in the national sesame varieties regional test in 2008 and 2009 were analyzed by correlation analysis and path analysis.[Result] In various agronomic characters of sesame,there was an extremely significant positive correlation between 100 0-seed weight and yield(r=0.66),while there was an extremely significant negative correlation between phoma blight incidence and yield(r=-0.87);capsules per plant had the highest direct-effect on yield,and the path coefficient was 0.830 9.[Conclusion] The study provides the theoretical basis for the breeding and production of sesame.
