摘    要:[目的]研究配施硼肥条件下不同氮肥处理水平、优化施肥和常规习惯施肥对甘蓝产量和品质的影响。[方法]设无氮区、70%优化施氮区、优化施氮区、130%优化施氮区、优化施氮无硼区,随机排列。同时,取样测定甘蓝硝酸盐、VC、还原糖、氨基酸含量等品质指标。[结果]与习惯施肥相比,各施肥处理显著提高甘蓝产量,增产幅度为3.86%~12.98%,以优化施氮处理的增产幅度最大。各施肥处理均降低甘蓝的硝酸盐含量,降幅为1.9%~29.7%,其中降幅最大的是无氮处理,其次是优化施肥处理。各处理对甘蓝营养品质的影响不一致,均降低了甘蓝的VC含量;仅无氮处理提高甘蓝还原糖含量8.4%;130%优化施氮处理和优化施氮缺硼处理分别增加甘蓝氨基酸含量2.7%和8.3%,其余处理均不同程度地降低甘蓝氨基酸含量。[结论]各施肥处理显著提高甘蓝产量,降低硝酸盐含量。各处理对甘蓝营养品质的影响不一致。

Effects of Different Nitrogen Level and Boron Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Cabbage

Abstract:[Objective] A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different N combination of B with optimized and convention fertilize on yield and quality of cabbage.[Method] There were 5 different treatments without nitrogen,70% optimized nitrogen fertilizer,optimized nitrogen fertilizer,130% optimized nitrogen fertilizer and optimization of nitrogen fertilizer boron deficiency.The experiment was arranged randomly.Meanwhile nitrate vitamin C,soluble sugar and amino acid of the qualities index were determined.[Result] The different treatment could increase the yield of cabbage by 3.86%-12.98% significantly.The highest yield was the treatment of optimize nitrogen fertilizer.Compared with the convention measure,nitrate content of cabbage was decreased by 1.9%-29.7%,the lowest was without nitrogen treatment and the second treatment was optimized fertilizer.It was inconformity for the quality of cabbage by different treatments.The contents of vitamin C was reduced with all the treatments.Only without nitrogen treatments soluble sugar improved 8.4%.The treatment of 130% optimized nitrogen fertilizer and optimization of nitrogen fertilizer boron deficiency enhanced amino acid content by 2.7% and 8.3% of cabbage.The others decreased the content of amino acid differently.[Conclusion] All the treatments could increase the yield of cabbage and decrease the content of amino acid significantly.The change of cabbage nutrition quality was different in fertilization treatments.
