Fruits and vegetables are essential food in people's daily lives,is the world's second most important agricultural products after food.With China's rapid economic development and the improvement of people's living standard,people' s demand for fresh fruits and vegetables become larger and larger,and so have a higher requirement for the quality of agriculture products.The development status of China's fruit and vegetable products cold chain logistics was analyzed,as well as the main problems,the demand of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics development was forecasted,and on this basis several suggestions were put forward to promote the development of China's fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics.
