桂林两次重大低温雨雪冰冻天气过程特征及影响对比分析

摘    要:利用常规资料、欧洲资料分析了2008和2011年桂林2次重大低温雨雪冰冻天气过程特征及影响,结果表明,2次低温雨雪冰冻天气过程不管是在影响时间、持续时间还是冷空气强度及影响路径都很相似,但2008年的损失却比2011年严重得多;2008年以冻雨天气为主,2011年以间断性雨夹雪天气为主。进一步研究发现,2次重大低温雨雪冰冻天气过程的中低层环流特征不完全一样,2008年中低层持续长时间的偏南低空急流,且存在明显的逆温,而2011年为低空急流且持续时间短。

Comparative Analysis of the Characteristic and Influence of Two Severe Chilling Icy Rain and Snow Freezing Synoptic Processes in Guilin

Abstract:In term of conventional and European data,the characteristic and influence of two cases of severe chilling icy rain and snow freezing synoptic processes were analyzed in Guangxi province in 2008 and 2011.Results showed that the influence time,the duration,the intensity and path of cold air were similar in the two processes.The loss of 2008 was more serious than that of 2010.The main synoptic process of 2008 was chilling icy rain,but that of 2010 was mixed rain and snow.Through further study,it was detected that the circulation characteristics at the middle and lower levels of the two severe chilling icy rain and snow freezing processes were not completely the same.The circulation at the middle and lower levels was lasting long-time low-altitude by south jet stream with an obvious inversion in 2008,but that was rarely and the low-altitude by south jet stream in 2010.The wind velocity of 2010 was much weaker than that of 2008.
