| 摘 要： | 阐述了"三水"转化关系及贵州喀斯特地区"三水"开发利用存在的问题;提出了以多渠道开源、合理开发地表和地下水资源、围泉建水池、修建集雨设施和地下水库等手段来优化配置贵州喀斯特地区的"三水"资源;最后,就目前贵州喀斯特地区水资源开发利用现状提出了对策和建议. |

| Abstract: | The translation relation of 3-type water resources and existing problems in the exploitation of 3-type water resources in Karst Area of Guizhou province were expounded in this paper. Suggestions to optimize the allocation of 3-type water resources, such as exploiting resources through multiple ways, reasonable exploitation of surface water and groundwater, ponding by enclosing fountain,construction of rain-eollection equipment and groundwater reservoir, were put forward. Finally, strategies and suggestions for the exploitation and utilization of water resource in Karst area of Guizhou province are offered. |
