发菜生长地的土壤因子分析

摘    要:本文观察并分析了发菜生长地的土壤剖面,对生长发菜和不生长发菜的表层土壤作了理化测试和分析:发菜生长地的土壤有机质含量为1.040%左右,是不生长发菜的40~50倍;全氮量是0.001%,比不生长发菜的低10倍;全磷量是0.078%,是不生长发菜的10倍;pH为7.5~8.4;发菜生物量与土壤全氮不相关而与全磷和有机质相关。

Abstract:Section and surface layer of the soil existing and unexisting Nostoc flagelliforme were analysed. The correlation between biomass of Nostoc flagelliforme and soil nutrition was also calculated. The results showed that the content of organic matter was 1.040% in the soil existing Nostoc flagelliforme, it was about 40~50 times more than that of the unexisted soil. The total N was 0.001%, it was 10 times less than the unexisted soil. The total P was 0.078%, it was 10 times more than the unexisted soil. The pH was 7.5-8.4. The biomass of Nostoc flagelliforme was not correlated with the total N of the soil, but it correlated with the organic matter and total P.
