摘    要:试验结果表明,在马铃薯液体培养基中,一定浓度范围的6-BA对姬松茸菌丝体生长具不同程度的促进作用,且对可溶性糖、蛋白质的含量作用明显,而低浓度的6-BA对其起抑制作用.6-BA最适作用浓度为35 mg/L.

Abstract:The influence of different concentrations of 6-BA on the growth and bio-chemical character of mycelium of Agaricus blazei Murill cultured in liquid potato medium was discussed.The results showed that some concentrations of 6-BA promoted the mycelium growth and obvious effect on glucose and protein of the mycelium was produced.Suitable concentration of 6-BA promoted the growth and higher concentration of 6-BA inhibited the growth.3.5 mg/100 ml was the optimum concentration.
