玉米种子粒重差异对相关发芽指标整齐度的影响

摘    要:对新疆五家渠市种子市场购买的12个玉米品种种子进行调查表明:多数玉米品种种子在净度、含水率等指标上达到国家标准,但仍有品种发芽率未达到国家强制标准,且不同品种之间发芽势差异较大,发芽势最高的达到90%,而最低的仅为15%;不同品种间粒重受遗传影响较大,品种间单粒重整齐度存在较大差别,整齐度变化区间为3.78~7.38。发芽试验中发现,玉米单粒重与芽长、主根长、芽重和根重等指标间存在显著正相关关系,且单粒重整齐度与主根长、根重、芽长和芽重等指标整齐度间存在显著或极显著正相关关系,表明粒重整齐度将影响玉米苗期群体整齐度。

Abstract:The seeds of 12 maize varieties purchased at the seed market of Wujiaqu in Xinjiang Province were investigated. The results showed that most of the seeds of maize varieties reached the national standard in terms of cleanliness, moisture content, but the germination rate of some varieties did not reach the national compulsory standard, and the germinating potential of different varieties varied greatly. The highest and the lowest germinating rate were 90% and 15%, respectively. The grain weight of different varieties was greatly influenced by heredity, but the uniformity of single grain weight among varieties varied from 3.78 to 7.38. The single grain weight had significantly positive correlation with bud length, root length, bud weight, and root weight. In addition, the seed weight uniformity also had a significantly positive correlation with main root length, root weight, bud length, and bud weight. The population uniformity of maize at the germination stage was influenced by the uniformity of grain weight.
