牡丹容器育苗的初步研究

摘    要:本文探索了牡丹容器育苗的方法和解除牡丹种子上胚轴休眠的方法。实验结果表明,胚根伸长4cm以上的牡丹种子用GA处理24小时和低温(2~4℃)25天皆可解除上胚轴休眠。层积处理对胚根的生长有利。牡丹是深根性植物,对容器的深度要求较高。

Abstract:The method of culturing treepeony containerized seedlings and absolving epicotyl dormancy of treepeony seeds. Soaking seeds with 4 cm radicle in GA(100ppm) for 24 hours and low temperature (2~4℃) for 25 days could absolve the dormancy. Stratification was good for radicle growth. The root of treepeony was long, so the container must be deep.
