| Abstract: | In the light of the concrete situation of Heilongjiang province,several scenarios on re-quirement and replenishment of manpower with professional skill in different specialities atdifferent levels from 1991 to 2000 are given in this paper.This lays a good basis for workingout a strategic plan for the educational development of Heilongjiang province. |
