福建金银花挥发油成分分析

采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取金银花的挥发油,用GC-MS法分析其具体组成,结果表明:金银花挥发油中共检出40种化合物,相对含量超过5%的包括十六酸、亚麻酸甲酯、十六酸甲酯,占总含量的55.36%。化合物种类最多的是醛类,共12种,但相对含量较低,为10.15%;酸类虽仅4种,相对含量高达48.24%;酯类8种,相对含量总计为27.74%;醇类、酮类、烯类相对含量总计也分别达到7.83%、3.81%、1.43%。福建金银花挥发油组分与其他产地的有明显差异,同时含有一些良好香味的化学成分,具有较高开发利用价值。

Analysis of Essential Oil from Lonicera japonica in Fujian

The essential oil was extracted from Lonicera japonica Thunb.by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) and isolated by GC-MS.
