| Abstract: | In order to study the effects of glucose and glutamine as two important nutrients on BHK21 cell apoptosis,in the process of BHK21 cell cultivation,the glucose and gluamine in different concentrations were added,and the cells were counted,the cell activity and cell apoptosis rate were determined in every 24 h.Results showed when the concentration of glucose is about 0-4 mmol/L,glutamine concentration is 0-1 mmol/L,cell growth rate decreased.The numerous apoptotic cells appeared at 48 h.The cell activity also... |
