摘    要:研究葡萄糖和谷氨酰胺两种重要营养物质对BHK-21细胞凋亡的影响,在BHK-21细胞体外培养过程中,加入不同浓度的葡萄糖和谷氨酰胺,每隔24 h取样细胞计数,活性分析和细胞凋亡率的测定.结果发现,当葡萄糖浓度降至0 mmol/L~4 mmol/L,谷氨酰胺浓度降至0 mmol/L~1 mmol/L时,细胞生长速率降低,...

Abstract:In order to study the effects of glucose and glutamine as two important nutrients on BHK21 cell apoptosis,in the process of BHK21 cell cultivation,the glucose and gluamine in different concentrations were added,and the cells were counted,the cell activity and cell apoptosis rate were determined in every 24 h.Results showed when the concentration of glucose is about 0-4 mmol/L,glutamine concentration is 0-1 mmol/L,cell growth rate decreased.The numerous apoptotic cells appeared at 48 h.The cell activity also...
