雏鸡法氏囊病并发鸡白痢沙门氏菌感染的诊断报告

本文对白银市白银区某村雏鸡群中发生的一种急性传染性疾病从流行病学、临诊表现、剖检变化、血清学和细菌学检查以及实验动物感染等方面进行了综合诊断。结果表明,该村雏鸡所发生的疾病系传染性法氏囊病并发鸡白痢沙门氏菌感染所致。

Concurrent Infection of Infectious Bursal Disease with Salmonella pullorum in Chickens in Baiyin, Gansu province

An outbreak showed fast transmission and high mortality in chickens occurred in a village of Baiyin district, Baiyin city, Gansu province. Evidence given by epizootiological, clinical and postmortem features suggested that this episode was caused by IBD virus. Agar gel im-muno-diffusion test for IBD was made and positive results were obtained using affected bursa materials as antigen of interest. Meanwhile, the virulent strains of Salmonella pullorum were also isolated from several organs of affected birds. The significance of concurrent infection of IBD virus with S. pullorum in chickens in Baiyin district where the IBD has not been reported before is discussed.
