| 摘 要： | 用比色法测定了棉籽中甲哌啶的残留量。方法添加回收率71.5%～74.8%,变异系数4.98%～9.84%,方法最小检出浓度0.28 mg·kg~(-1)。上述结果表明:本方法符合脂肪含量高的样本农药残留分析要求。本文还讨论了本方法有关最佳条件的选择。
