小麦未熟胚离体培养的研究──再生植株后代主要农艺性状变异的遗传稳定性

摘    要:在已有研究的基础上,进一步研究胚培再生植株后代主要农艺性状变异的可遗传性及在小麦品种改良中利用的前景.结果表明,早熟及大粒性有很强的遗传力,株高也是可遗传的,所有性状在IE3代趋于稳定,IE4代完全稳定.某些优良的变异材料可直接应用于生产.

Abstract:Studied were carried out from 1990 ̄1993. Great attention has paid to somaclonal variation and its potential in crop improvement since 1970s because of the rapid development of cell and tissue culture technique in vitro. However, problems still need to be studied further in an extensive and deeper way even though several reports have been published in wheat.The purpose of this study iS to confirm the hereditary stability of the beneficial variations oc curred in regenerated plants from immature embryo of common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)Culture in vitro, and the use of somaclonal lines sereened. The studied results showed that the variations of carliness in maturity, high 1000-grain weight, plant height and grain weight per spike were heritable and tended to be stable in IE3 and completely stable in IE4.The wide variation of main agronomic characteristies indueed by cmbryo culture in vitro provided the probability of selcetion in wheat lmprovement.Someaclones with useful variations could be used directly in wheat production.
