基于UG的三轮汽车车身前横梁有限元分析

摘    要:结合某三轮汽车车身前横梁的设计,应用UG NX10.0的"高级仿真"模块,建立某三轮汽车车身前横梁的有限元模型,通过解算器NX NASTRAN对矩管前横梁和C型前横梁方案进行求解,通过对比分析完成车身前横梁的改进优化,从而达到提高产品质量,又降低产品成本的目的。

Abstract:Combined with the design of the front beam of three-wheeled vehicle body,the UG NX10.0 "Advanced Simulation" module is used to establish the finite element model of the front beam of three-wheeled vehicle body,and the front tube beam and the C-type beam are solved by the solver NX NASTRAN.The front beam scheme is solved,and the front beam of the vehicle body is improved and optimized through comparative analysis,thereby achieving the purpose of improving product quality and reducing product cost.
