小排量汽油机变排量机油泵齿轮设计

摘    要:变排量的机油泵可以根据发动机工况精确控制机油泵的流量,有效降低机油泵的驱动功,但由于齿轮设计不合理,会造成齿轮的断裂问题。针对这种情况,根据对机油泵转速、机油输出流量、工作压力等的设计要求进行齿轮泵齿轮的设计,确定齿轮相关参数,通过校核齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲疲劳强度来确定计算的结果。最后,应用有限元分析外啮合齿轮给定工况,观察外啮合齿轮接触应力和齿轮变形情况,从而验证该齿轮具有一定可靠性。

Abstract:Variable-displacement oil pump can accurately control the flow of oil pump according to engine working conditions,effectively reduce the driving power of oil pump,but the gear design is not reasonable,resulting in the problem of gear fracture.According to the design requirements:oil pump speed,oil output flow,working pressure and other conditions for gear pump gear design,determine the gear related parameters;The contact fatigue strength of tooth surface and the bending fatigue strength of tooth root were checked to determine the calculation results.Finally,the finite element method is used to analyze the contact stress and the deformation of the external meshing gear,so as to verify the reliability of the gear.
