高寒山区稻田罗非鱼不同投喂养殖模式及营养分析研究

摘    要:该研究对两种不同投喂养殖模式稻田罗非鱼的肌肉营养成份、肌肉品质和经济效益进行了分析和评定,结果表明:不投饲料组H1与投人工饲料组H2(日需求量的30%以内)的粗蛋白均大于17%,H1的粗蛋白为18.1%,H2组为17.6%,两组的粗蛋白差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05),H1的粗脂肪为1.08%,H2组为1.56%,两种养殖模式在氨基酸方面,除色氨酸外所检测得的氨基酸均为16种,均能检测出7种必需氨基酸,分别占总氨基酸的40.6%、39.4%,H1组鲜味氨基酸为6.03%稍微大于H2组的5.89%,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。H1组总不饱和脂肪酸为0.46,H2组总不饱和脂肪酸为0.89。在AAS和CS值评价,H2组中各种必需氨基酸均高于H1组同种氨基酸值,但差异不明显。在高寒山区稻田养殖罗非鱼,由于放养密度低,水生生物饵料丰富,适当的投喂人工饲料(罗非鱼日需求量的30%内)并没有改变罗非鱼的品质。

Abstract:Nutritional component analysis,muscle quality assessment and economic benefit analysis were conducted to tilapia which grew in rice fields with two different feeding modes.The results showed that crude protein contents in the non-feeding group H1 and the artificial feeding group H2(within 30%of the daily demand)were over 17%with 18.1%in H1 and 17.6%in H2.There was no significant difference in crude protein between the two groups,P>0.05.The crude fat was 1.08%in H1 and 1.56%in H2.In terms of amino acids,16 kinds of amino acids were detected except for tryptophan in both culture modes and 7 essential amino acids were detected,which accounted for 40.6%and 39.4%in the total amino acids,respectively.The flavor amino acid in H1 was 6.03%,slightly higher than that one in H2 which was 5.89%.The difference was not significant,P>0.05.Total unsaturated fatty acid in H1 was 0.46,and 0.89 in H2.In the evaluation of AAS and CS values,all essential amino acids in H2 were higher than those in H1,but the difference was not significant.When tilapia was cultured in paddy fields in alpine areas,proper feeding of artificial feed(within 30%of daily tilapia demand)did not change the quality of tilapiadue to low stocking density and rich aquatic life.
