刀具磨损状态监测与车削加工仿真研究

摘    要:为研究刀具磨损量与切削力之间的关系,在车削过程中,通过测力仪采集得到切削力数值,通过影像测量仪测量刀具的磨损量。通过实验,研究切削力与刀具磨损的相关性,得出刀具切削力变化与磨损变化是一致的。通过Deform 3D软件对车削加工过程进行仿真,然后将模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较,为实际生产参数的选择提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between tool wear and cutting force,in the process of turning,the value of cutting force is obtained by dynamometer,and the tool wear is measured by image measuring instrument.The correlation between cutting force and tool wear is studied by experiment.It is concluded that the change of tool cutting force is consistent with the change of wear.The turning machining process is simulated by Deform 3D software.Then the simulation results and the test results are compared.It provides a theoretical basis for the selection of actual production parameters.
