变扭矩齿轮系齿面拓扑优化与实验

摘    要:为了有效降低某齿轮传动系统在不同扭矩工况下的传动误差,控制齿轮振动噪声。利用齿轮拓扑修形计算公式和Romax齿轮仿真两种方法进行齿面拓扑优化,其中Romax仿真优化提供了一种全新、快速的优化计算思路。使用两种方法综合确定拓扑修形的修形量后,对未加工齿轮和拓扑修形齿轮进行了振动试验。频谱对比结果显示,拓扑修形有效降低了振动和噪声,改善了各项传动性能,证实Romax优化结果的正确性及齿面拓扑修形对降低噪音的可行性。为后续变扭矩齿轮系齿面拓扑优化提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to effectively reduce the transmission error of a gear transmission system under different torque conditions and control the vibration and noise of gears,gear surface topology optimization is carried out by using two methods of gear topology modification calculation formula and Romax gear simulation,and Romax simulation optimization provides a new and fast way to optimize the calculation.After determining the modification quantity of the topological modification by two methods,the vibration tests of the unprocessed gear and the topological modification gear were carried out.The results of spectrum comparison show that the topological modification can effectively reduce vibration and noise and improve the transmission performance.The correctness of Romax optimization results and the feasibility of tooth surface topological modification to reduce noise are verified.It provides a reference for the subsequent optimization of tooth surface topology of variable torque gear system.
