摘    要:以某型商用车前桥为研究对象,提出一种基于应力特征的轻量化研究方法。对前桥进行理论受力分析,从而确定有限元加载方式。建立前桥有限元模型,并对前桥典型工况进行静力学分析。结果表明,应力最大值低于材料屈服强度,因此存在轻量化空间;通过对前桥模态分析,证明了前桥动态特性的合理性。以前桥最大应力为约束进行拓扑优化,优化后模型在满足强度、刚度及模态要求下,减质3.4kg,实现轻量化。

Abstract:Taking the front axle of a commercial vehicle as the research object, a lightweight research method based on stress characteristics is proposed. The loading mode of the front axle is determined by theoretical stress analysis. The finite element model of the front axle is established and the static analysis of the typical working conditions of the front axle is carried out. The results show that the maximum stress is lower than the yield strength of the material, so there is a lightweight space. Through modal analysis of the front axle, the rationality of the dynamic characteristics of the front axle is proved. The maximum stress of the front axle is constrained by topology optimization. After optimization, the weight of the model is reduced by 3.4 kg to achieve lightweight under the strength, stiffness and modal requirements.
