摘    要:飞机襟翼系统的工作性能直接影响到飞机的安全性和机动性,故以飞机襟翼液压系统为研究对象,通过应用AMEsim软件对飞机襟翼液压系统进行建模仿真。研究了飞机襟翼液压系统的工作原理,并分析了襟翼液压系统常见故障。通过改动液压系统的参数实现对液压系统故障模拟,确定飞机液压系统故障特征参数,研究了在故障状态下飞机襟翼液压系统待测信号的变化特征。从而可以有效减少物理模拟,减少试验费用,提高设计效率。

Abstract:The working performance of aircraft flap system directly affects the safety and maneuverability of the aircraft. Therefore,the aircraft flap hydraulic system is taken as the research object, and it is modeled and simulated by applying AMEsim software.The working principle of the aircraft flap hydraulic system is studied and its common faults are analyzed. The hydraulic system fault simulation is realized by changing the parameters of the hydraulic system, the fault characteristic parameters of the aircraft hydraulic system are determined, and the variation characteristics of the signal to be tested of the aircraft flap hydraulic system under fault conditions are studied. Thereby, the physical simulation can be effectively reduced, the test cost is reduced, and the design efficiency is improved.
